Business Analyst/Project Manager

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Professional Services team based from our Head Office on the outskirts of Slough, Berkshire.   

Our ProServ team work closely with customers on all aspects of the project lifecycle, leading to the successful implementation of Hitec’s client server solutions.  With a worldwide customer base and many sites across the UK, we need staff who are flexible, willing & able to travel and who set themselves the highest professional standards.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to show evidence of 2 years ‘hands-on’ experience of installing small to medium sized EDM systems, successful management of the full project lifecycle and experience of on-site support and trouble shooting.  You will be educated to degree level or have similar level experience in an IT or business related discipline and have excellent documentation & analytical skills.  Technically you need a strong understanding of the following: Windows Server technology (inc 2000, 2003, 2008); Windows Client technology (inc 2000, XP & Vista); IIS; SQL Server; MS .NET; Active Directory; TCP/IP and SCSI & RAID based Storage Devices.
