We are looking for an additional Implementation Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team, responsible for designing, building and implementing compliance, performance, risk and project management software systems for our customers in the UK and worldwide. This includes gathering, collating and analysing customer information and subsequently using this to populate, install and test their systems, and may also extend to pre-sales support.
Applicants should have several years systems implementation experience (medium to large systems) and will ideally be educated to degree level or similar in a numerate subject. On-site systems support and proven experience of delivering systems on time and to specifications are essential, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technically you must have a good working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MS SQL Server and MS Office applications, Excel & Access as a minimum. Previous hands-on experience of Active Directory and data transfer and manipulation techniques are also required, along with analysis skills and a good understanding of Microsoft IIS, Windows Security/user management and user application interface design.
Although based at our office near Slough, members of the Professional Services team are required to travel throughout the UK on a regular basis, and also to overseas locations in order to fulfil the requirements of the job. This is an essential part of the role and a car allowance is included in remuneration to facilitate this.
